DrARTEX LOCKER (3mm, 2026-B)

LOCKER is a multilayer acoustic membrane for reducing wheel and road noise around fender liners. It is intended for applications where a flexible sheet must follow curved liner surfaces and add a substantial insulating layer.

The material is designed to adhere to complex surfaces, including pressed-felt fender liners, and can be used with contact adhesive where required for the best result. It complements the vehicle's primary vibration-damping layers with targeted wheel-arch treatment.

Install on clean, dry surfaces, including complex fender-liner surfaces. Do not apply to corroded metal. Clean with water and a neutral detergent, allow the surface to dry, then degrease with a suitable solvent and let it dry completely. Apply contact adhesive to the fender liner where required, press the material firmly from the centre outward, and roll it thoroughly. Apply in a working environment between +18 and +35°C.

Recommended application: wheel-arch and fender-liner treatment.

Material should be stored inside at temperature not higher than +40°С in horizontal position on a flat surface at a distance not less than 1 m from any heating systems; avoid any wet conditions and contacts with oils and direct sun.
Do not stack the materials more than 2m in height.
