DrARTEX Graphene (2.6mm, 2025-B)

Graphene is a rigidifying first-layer vibration-damping material for vehicle panels where controlling resonance and increasing panel stiffness are important. Its format is intended for doors, roofs, floors, and other suitable body areas, including complex surfaces.

The material is designed to increase the rigidity of treated metal and shift the panel's resonant behaviour, helping reduce the energy associated with unwanted resonance. Its practical role is to provide direct panel control in a thin, shapeable sheet.

Install on clean, dry painted surfaces, including complex areas. Do not apply to corroded metal. Clean with water and a neutral detergent, allow the surface to dry, then degrease with a suitable solvent and let it dry completely. Press the material firmly from the centre outward to avoid trapped air, then roll it thoroughly. Apply in a working environment between +18 and +35°C.

Application areas: doors, roof, floor, and wheel arches.

Products stored in a room at a temperature no higher than +40°C in the horizontal position on a flat surface at a distance of not less than 1 meter from the heating system in the conditions excluding moisture, oils and direct sunlight, stacked no more than 1 meter in height.
