Specifications
DrARTEX EV Integra is a lightweight second-layer insulation material developed for electric vehicles. It is installed over a suitable first vibration-damping layer to support quieter treatment of roofs, doors, floors, boots, and wheel arches.
Its AeroSphereReinforced mastic construction combines low density with strong adhesion and a wide operating temperature range. The material is designed for weight-sensitive EV applications and does not rely on conventional foam for its insulating structure.
The 2025-B variant uses the more compact sheet format.
Install on clean, dry surfaces, including complex vehicle areas. Do not apply to corroded metal. Clean with water and a neutral detergent, allow the surface to dry, then degrease with a suitable solvent and let it dry completely. Press the material firmly from the centre outward to avoid trapped air, then roll it thoroughly. Apply in a working environment between +18 and +35°C.
Application areas: EV roofs, doors, trunks, floors, and wheel arches.
Material should be stored inside at temperature not higher than +40°С in horizontal position on a flat surface at a distance not less than 1 m from any heating systems; avoid any wet conditions and contacts with oils and direct sun.
Do not stack the materials more than 2m in height.
