Description

GreenWind is a DoorSeal cord designed to improve the seal around existing vehicle door rubbers. Installed inside OEM door-seal tubing, it helps reduce air leakage, dust entry, whistling, and airborne noise while supporting a more muted door-closing sound.

Its rubber tube has increased internal elasticity to maintain function when stretched during installation. The cord is pulled through existing door-seal tubing using a separate wire or plastic cord, making it practical for narrow sealing channels without using a flat adhesive material.

Select GreenWind where a slimmer cord is better suited to the available channel; use a separate wire or plastic cord to guide it through the seal.

Application

Recommended usage areas: Inside OEM rubber tubing around the door
1. Remove car door seal
2. Take steel wire (or plastic cord), lubricate it with soap or shampoo to ease insertion
3. Tie an end of the wire or cord to GreenWind and pull it through the seal.
4. If seal has no openings, make a small (up to 10mm) incision, after inserting GreenWind glue the openings shut
