DrARTEX Armor Extreme is a 3.5 mm rigidity-focused vibration damper developed for demanding vehicle panels and low-frequency resonance control. It is suited to specialist audio installations as well as areas where stronger damping performance is required.
The five-layer construction uses two layers of modified composite butyl polymer and two layers of tempered aluminium foil, backed by a self-adhesive installation layer. The structure is designed to increase stiffness, damping efficiency, and durability.
Install on clean, dry painted surfaces, including complex areas. Do not apply to corroded metal. Clean with water and a neutral detergent, allow the surface to dry, then degrease with a suitable solvent and let it dry completely. Press the material firmly from the centre outward to avoid trapped air, then roll it thoroughly. Apply in a working environment between +18 and +35°C.
Material should be stored inside at temperature not higher than +40°С in horizontal position on a flat surface at a distance not less than 1 m from any heating systems; avoid any wet conditions and contacts with oils and direct sun.
Do not stack the materials more than 1.2m in height.
