Specifications
VibroBarrier 7+ is a multilayer heavy acoustic insulation material for firewall, boot-floor, and passenger-compartment floor applications. It is intended to add a substantial barrier layer where road, tyre, and structural noise need broader control.
Its construction combines a non-woven surface, heavy butyl-rubber membrane, elastic foam, and an adhesive layer. The layered design supports durable installation and helps combine vibration control with acoustic insulation in large vehicle panels.
A multi-layered combination of non-woven fabric with PPE layer, heavy layer membrane based on butyl-rubber mastic, elastic foamed polyethylene with added 0.4 mm synthetic butyl rubber adhesive layer and anti-adhesive paper.
Firewall, boot floor and passenger compartment floor
Material should be stored inside at temperature not higher than +40°С in horizontal position on a flat surface at a distance not less than 1 m from any heating systems; avoid any wet conditions and contacts with oils and direct sun.
Do not stack the materials more than 1.2m in height.
